Faheem Jafar is the founder of PROPRAC Consultants, an Australian project management consulting and training firm. Faheem has extensive international project / PMO management experience under his belt gained while working at multinational organisations like NCR Corporation, IBM, HP, Optus, Mastercard and BAI Communications. Faheem has successfully delivered business critical portfolios and programs for clients across diverse industries including but not limited to construction, banking, finance, FMCG, gaming & entertainment, IT, payment solutions, telecommunication, natural resources & mining, and public sector. His work took him to Australia, England, France, Germany, Middle East, New Zealand, Pakistan, and United States.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Discipline Agile Coach (DAC) and Discipline Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), Faheem specialises in setting up and operating Project Management Office, developing strategic roadmap, defining business process and implementation of technology to support them.
Faheem is PMI Certified Instructor and regularly deliver trainings on PMP, DASSM, DAC, and Strategic leadership and Management.
Faheem also teaches project management at the University of Sydney and Torrens University, Australia. He put his passion along with his academic and professional skills together to help students learn the practical skills of transforming theory into practice.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Discipline Agile Coach (DAC), and Discipline Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), Faheem is passionate about sharing his expertise through training and education. He is a PMI Authorised Instructor and delivers certification courses while also teaching project management at the University of Sydney and Torrens University.
